Over the past 4+ years at Gremlin she led SREs / Chaos Engineers, Support Engineers, Developer Advocates, Customer Success Managers, Reliability Architects, Community Managers, and Directors for these teams. Tammy created the first Chaos Engineering Certificate and the 1st Chaos Engineering Conference, Chaos Conf. Tammy was the cofounder of Girl Geek Academy, a global movement to teach one million women technical skills by 2025.

Anna has been working in tech for over 12 years and is one of the strongest advocates for female empowerment. Her background is in agile project and program management, Anna has worked in fintech, edtech, and API integrations.
